Hi! I'm Deon. I'm a certified health and wellness coach focused on women's health and hormonal coaching. My joy is in enabling and elevating women over 40 by prioritizing their health and finding harmony in the areas of their lives that matter most.
For as far back as I can remember, I have had an interest in nutrition, fitness, and health. And over the years, as my interest grew, I became a student of health and wellness, reading and studying any related materials, attending workshops and conferences. I later became the informal life, health and wellness coach for my friends and family. And while I became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned a MBA, there was still a burning desire to help support others with their health and wellness.
To empower and encourage women to take control their health and well-being through lifestyle choices that are unique to them, and to create optimal balance in their work, fitness and hormones. We strive to improve health and transform lives, one woman at a time.
