New year, fresh start...

Wishing everyone a new year filled with success, blessings and most important good health. You have the power and the control to design the life you want to live.

We often forget the power and strength that we have within us to bring about change. I will be the first to admit that I sometimes forget about my power and my ability to bring about changes. Later, I am regretful and disappointed, but it is all on me. This year, I am planning to make some changes in my coaching business as well as some personal changes. I am counting on you to stand in your power and design the life you want to have in 2019.
