As you get ready for the start of a new year, many of you may start to reflect on the past year, what we have accomplished, beautiful and memorable celebrations, challenges we have endured, friends and family that we have lost, and the list goes on.

Going into the new year, you may be thinking about what you want to do more (e.g., exercising), what you want to start doing (e.g., eating more greens), and what you want to stop (e.g., putting others' needs before your own). Whatever, you desire, I encourage you to be patient with yourself, accept where you are, and make your changes one step at a time. Additionally, I am here to support you on your wellness journey.
