Weak Bones Can Rob Your Bank Account & Independence | Deon Hall Garriques

Every 10 years or so, most adults ages 40 to 60 lose an average of 8% of their muscle mass.

As you age and bone and muscle mass occur, you are at an increased risk of falls and fractures.

Your falls and fractures can increase your medical expenses and often rob you of your ability to be active and independent.

STOP...Don't allow that to happen!

There is something you can do to strengthen your bones to stave off bone loss and prevent falls and fractures.

Research shows that yoga can help to build strength and flexibility, increase mental and physical energy, manage stress, and improve overall health and well-being.

Many people experience improvements after practicing for only a short period, and those with consistent practice experience even more improvements.
