Hi friends! I am gathering some research for my wellness coaching business. I work with women between the ages of 35 and 65 who are struggling with balancing their blood sugar, managing type 2 diabetes or reversing pre-diabetes. These women know they need to make food and lifestyle changes to improve their health and they desperately want to make these changes, but do not know how or where to start.
