Time for Gratitude


Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. Not only because it a time when we spend quality time with friends and family, and eat all the family favorites, it is also a time to reflect on what we are grateful for and how blessed we all are.

A special Thanksgiving greeting from Deon's Wellness Wagon to you and your family! I am grateful for each of you and for all your support and loyalty over the last few years.

Have a joyous and reflective Thanksgiving. And while you are part-taking in all the merriment and festivities, don't forget to listen to your body, nourish it well and only eat as much as you need, not as much as you want. Many of you already know that weight gain is so much easier than weight loss. You never feel the pain of gaining, but you certainly feel the pain in losing.
