Deon, Where have you been? (Video Message)
Many of you have reached out to me because I have been silent for the last few months. Thanks for letting me know that you care, it meant a lot to me. Your words of encouragement have really helped me. I am currently supporting a loved one who is going through some health issues and I needed to be present and show up for them in the best way possible. Being a coach who is big on BALANCE, I felt I needed to balance my life and prioritize the things that are most important. With that said, you all are also important to me and so I will be engaging and supporting you all as much as I can until my loved one has recovered. Going through this experience with my family has taught me so much about how important it is to live a life that is in harmony and balance even during the most stressful and challenging times when the adrenaline and cortisol hormones are at their peak. I have had to stop myself from becoming burned out and exhausted from dealing with the illness and all my other responsibilities. In addition to using all the tools that I teach others about, I had to seek support from an independent party to get back in balance. This experience has solidified my desire to support women with their health over the years. I am rebranding how I support women to include living a life that is in balance. More to come on that, including the new company name and logo. One thing that has continued to give me strength and encouragement during this challenging time is the online yoga class I teach. The women in this group are so phenomenal and while they are learning a lot, they may not know how much I am gaining and learning from practicing with them. If you want to join the yoga class or you just want to try one class, you can also sign up for a FREE class, see the links below. Please keep me in your prayers and know that I am always here to support you.
